Faster, better, more individual - customers' requests are getting more particular. As a result more products in more versions have to be offered in shorter periods of time. This has vastly changed the manufacturing processes in general and the project coordination in particular. More interfaces with partly contradicting requirements have to be considered. Open options are still defined by time and costs, even under the premise of high quality. So steering and the focused employment of valuable resources will become a major task. Through its core areas IPK becomes a competent partner in project management and in efficient implementation of the project Stringent controlling enables to identify bottlenecks and deviations in time. In moderated meetings all project participants will be kept informed and all initiated activities will be tracked. Reporting is characterised by transparency and the status is reported accordingly to the management.
